licensed for interstate commerce by the Health Care Financing
Administration (HCFA) through the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of
1967 and 1988 (CLIA). NCCL is also certified by the College of American
Pathologists (CAP).
North Coast participates
in quality control/quality assurance programs from the College of
American Pathologists, the American Society of Clinical Pathology,
American Association of Bioanalysts, the Ohio Dept. of Health, and many
other private QC/QA services.
